"Fideuram" is the iPhone application offered by Fideuram, providing informational services and features designed for those who value mobility, innovation, ease of use, and prioritize operating with a high level of security.

Within the app, users can access their Assets, check their Account and Cards, review Stock Indices and Quotes*, as well as initiate various transactions directly from their iPhone such as Wire Transfers and Account Transfers, Card and Mobile Phone Top-ups, or make payments for Postal Bills and Direct Debits through QR code scanning.

Additionally, with "Fideuram," users can activate the new 'Quick Access' feature. This feature allows access to informational sections without requiring an O-Key code input. In this scenario, all transactional operations will always be protected by the O-Key code, with personal data partially obscured by asterisks.

To enable the Quick Access feature, users need to perform a complete login with the Holder Code, PIN, and O-Key code and subsequently activate the functionality in the App's settings.

Designed for individuals on the move, "Fideuram" not only provides banking functionalities but also includes various Utility services such as Branch Locator, ATM Locator, and Contact Numbers.

For those using the O-Key Smart app to generate O-Key codes, through the 'Generate O-Key' button in the Fideuram app, O-Key codes will be sent via push notification for each operation and transaction. These codes are unique to each amount and beneficiary for enhanced online security. Each O-Key code is valid for 30 seconds after which users will need to revisit the Fideuram app for a new notification.

For seamless service operation, both the Fideuram app and the O-Key Smart app must be installed on the same smartphone while any additional copies of the O-Key Smart app on other devices need to be removed. It’s also essential to enable notifications for the O-Key Smart app within your phone’s settings.

If your smartphone is offline preventing push notification reception, the O-Key code will be sent via SMS to the certified mobile device.
